An Act authorizing the town of Conway to continue the employment of police officer Kenneth Ouimette.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Kenneth Ouimette, a member of the police department of the town of Conway, may continue in his position until he reaches 70 years of age, the date of his retirement or until his non-reappointment, whichever first occurs; provided, however, that deductions from the regular compensation of Kenneth Ouimette shall not be made under chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service subsequent to his reaching age 65 in connection with his service to the town for retirement or pension purposes, or take any action relative thereto.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
