An Act expanding student participation in K-12 school councils.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 59C of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in the first paragraph, after “at least one such student” the following text: -
“and at all other schools, at least one student enrolled in the school, provided any wish to participate”
