An Act improving fiscal transparency.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 53 of Chapter 54 of the General Laws as appearing in the Official Edition of 2018 is hereby amended by inserting in line 17 after the word “administration” the following words “and in consultation with both the attorney general and the secretary of state”.
