An Act relative to voter harvesting.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 91B of chapter 54 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (c), by striking out, in lines 24 through 28, the following words:- “; provided, however, that if permitted in the sole discretion of the city or town clerk, a person designated in writing by the voter and who is not a candidate for an office at the election, may instead perform the functions of an elected official”.
