Resolutions requesting the Governor to remove Judge Melanie Gargas from the Middlesex County Family and Probate Court.
RESOLVED, that both houses of the legislature hereby request the governor to remove, under the provisions of Article 1 of chapter III of part the second of the constituent, Judge Melanie Gargas from the Middlesex County Family and Probate Court; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Senate be directed to transmit an engrossed copy of these resolutions to the governor
