An Act relative to the fuel tax revenue distribution.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 13 of chapter 64A, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “purposes” the following words:- , provided, that not less than 50% of said credit shall be used for transportation and infrastructure projects authorized under subsection (b) of section 4 of Chapter 6C of the General Laws

SECTION 2. Section 13 of chapter 64E, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “purposes” the following words:- , provided, that not less than 50% of said credit shall be used for transportation and infrastructure projects authorized under subsection (b) of section 4 of Chapter 6C of the General Laws
