An Act to remove the film tax credit expiration date.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 63 of the Acts of 2007 is hereby amended by striking out section 15.

SECTION 2. Chapter 158 of the Acts of 2005 is hereby amended by striking out section 9 and inserting in place thereof the following: -

“This act shall be effective for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006.”
