An Act relative to examinations for applicants to the trial court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10D of Chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (b) by inserting after the words “subsection (a)”, in line 14, the following words:- and their score on said examination
SECTION 2. Said Section 10D of Chapter 211B, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in subsection (h) by inserting after the words “subsection (e)”, in line 68, the following words:- and their score on said examination
