An Act maintaining protective orders.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subsection (h) of section 3 of chapter 209A, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Orders restricting or preventing contact with the plaintiff’s child or children shall survive the death of the plaintiff until such orders are vacated by the court or until the orders expires.
