An Act relative to Narcan availability in schools.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general law or special law to the contrary, each school shall have a trained nurse who may provide and maintain Narcan.
