An Act relative to the mental health of children in schools.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The first sentence of section 1 of chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 2 of chapter 341 of the acts of 2020, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "thereto” the following words:- ; provided further, that absences shall also be permitted for behavioral health concerns.
