An Act authorizing the investment of trust funds benefiting the town of Sherborn library.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 54 of chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the treasurer of the town of Sherborn and the treasurer of the town of Sherborn library trustees may invest any trust funds benefiting the Sherborn library in accordance with the prudent investor rule and with chapter 203C of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
