An Act establishing a special commission to study and recommend improvements in the delivery of prescription drug benefits for the citizens of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
There is hereby established a special commission to study the delivery of prescription drug benefits in the Commonwealth. The Commission shall study and analyze bulk purchasing, discount cards, private section insurance drug programs, pharmaceutical benefit managers, and other issues which may improve prescription drug benefits for the citizens of the Commonwealth.
