An Act relative to the disclosure of certain police reports.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 97D of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence the following sentence:- "The police department shall notify the victim if it receives any written request for such reports or communications from such advocates or counselors."
