An Act authorizing the city of Somerville to repeal the provisions of Chapter 327 of the Acts of 2004 - An Act relative to public safety in the city of Somerville.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 327 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
