An Act relative to the Technical Rescue Services Fund.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 2DDDDD of Chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence as so appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, the following sentence:-

The fire marshal, as head of the department of fire services, shall act as the trustee of the fund.
