An Act COVID-19 essential workforce quarantine.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Commonwealth shall reimburse any essential worker or their direct family member who was required by their employer to use personal, sick, or vacation time due to COVID-19 exposure or required quarantine for said personal, sick, or vacation time.
