An Act relative to pension parity.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 90C ¾ of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “retired before” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “retired or eligible to have retired before”.
SECTION 2. The provisions of this Act shall apply only to former state or metropolitan district police officers living on the date of enactment.
