An Act relative to the retirement of state university and community college police officers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 253, the words “University of Massachusetts police”

SECTION 2. Section 3 of said chapter 32, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “chief of security for the University of Massachusetts medical school or supervising identification agent”, in lines 327 through 328, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “University of Massachusetts, state university and community college police.”
