An Act to prohibit simulcast wagering on dog racing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 128C of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 8 the following section:-
Section 9. Betting or wagering on simulcast dog racing shall not be permitted.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective on August 1, 2021.
