An Act relative to creditable service for Lisa Emma, a member of the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary Lisa M. Emma shall receive 3.2 years of creditable service under the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System to cover the period of full time employment from August 2006 to November 2006.
