An Act providing permanency to the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority's College Savings Tax Deduction program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 138 of chapter 219 of the acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- "through the tax year beginning on January 1, 2021".
