An Act to cap the State Income tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 2 of chapter 62 is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-The tax on that portion of annual taxable income shall not be in excess of 6.25 per cent reported on any return related to those taxes.
