An Act relative to certain tax exemptions for non-profit educational institutions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Clause (e) of paragraph Third of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no more than ten parcels of property used as residences may be exempt from property tax.
