An Act to change the flag of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Part I, Title I, Chapter 2, Section 3 is hereby amended by replacing it with the following:
"The flag of the Commonwealth shall consist of a red rectangular field with a white canton bearing therein a representation of a green pine tree."
