An Act relative to justice of the peace fees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 35 of chapter 262 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, the figure “$100” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $120

Section 2. Said section 35 of chapter 262, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “$150” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $180
