An Act relative to land acquisition.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subparagraph:-
(31) publish notice in the Central Register of the intention of the Commonwealth to acquire land whenever an agency of the executive office of energy and environmental affairs acquires land by eminent domain, gift or devise at least 30 days prior to such acquisition.
