An Act properly account of cost of laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the secretary of administration and finance shall develop an estimate of the cost to Massachusetts residents of the cost of compliance with any newly enacted law within one year of its approval by the governor of the commonwealth.
