An Act relative to the observance of School Custodian Day.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 15IIIIII the following section:-

Section 15JJJJJJ. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart October 2nd as the School Custodian Day, in recognition of the dedicated contributions provided by school custodians to ensure children of the Commonwealth have clean, healthy and safe learning environments, and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
