An Act relative to a clean energy Massachusetts fleet.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Department of Environmental protection shall adopt and implement the California Advanced Clean Cars II Standard and ensure that all light duty vehicles sold in the Commonwealth be zero emission vehicles by 2035.
