An Act relative to retail liquor sales to caterers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12C of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “section 18”, in the fifth sentence, the following words:- or a retailer licensed pursuant to section 15.
SECTION 2. Said section 12C of said chapter 138, as so appearing, shall be repealed as of January 1, 2023.
