An Act relative to the Transportation Infrastructure Enhancement Trust Fund municipal reporting requirements.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 8 of chapter 187 of the acts of 2016 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “subsection (c)” the following words:- ; provided, however, that the annual reporting requirement shall not apply to a city or town for any year that said city or town receives less than $25,000 from the Transportation Infrastructure Enhancement Trust Fund; provided, further, that a city or town that is not required to file an annual report pursuant to this subsection shall file a one-time report upon receiving at least $25,000 cumulatively from the Transportation Infrastructure Enhancement Trust Fund and shall file subsequent one-time reports thereafter upon receiving at least an additional $25,000 from said fund, unless said city or town has submitted an annual report for the receipt of such funds.
