An Act relative to bicycle safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 11B of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 71 and 72, the words “either a lamp emitting a red light, or” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- a lamp emitting a red light and.
SECTION 2: Subsection (11) of section 11B of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- “twenty dollars” and inserting the following words:- “fifty dollars”.
