An Act to improve road safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 85 sec. 2 is hereby amended:
(b) The department shall devise and provide notification signs of sufficient size and design to promote the public safety and to assure the safety of the operators and employees of emergency response vehicles, highway maintenance vehicles, and recovery vehicles as defined in ch. 89 Sec. 7C.
