An Act providing for veterans license plates for Mopeds.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “motorcycle”, in lines 202, 212, 259, 423 and 424, 480, 493, 500 and 501 and 567, the following words:- or moped.

SECTION 2. Said section 2 of said chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 217 and 218, 428, 484, 497 and 549, the words “or motorcycles” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:-, motorcycles or mopeds.

SECTION 3. Said section 2 of said chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 460, 469, 510, 521 and 538, the words “and motorcycles” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- , motorcycles and mopeds.

SECTION 4. Said section 2 of said chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 514 and 584, the words “or motorcycle” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- , motorcycle or moped.

SECTION 5. Said section 2 of said chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 542, the words “or a motorcycle” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-, motorcycle or moped.
