An Act providing for a waiver of a certain payment of dues for veterans and active and retired Armed Forces members.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 211 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 29. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the board of bar overseers shall not assess an annual registration fee to a veteran or a current or retired member of the armed forces engaged in the practice of law in the Commonwealth.
