An Act increasing annuity for disabled Veterans and Gold Star families.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2021 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word in line 3 of paragraph 2, “$2,000” and inserting in place thereof the word: “$3,000”. 

Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2021 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words in line 1 of paragraph 3, “, provided, that the surviving spouse does not remarry,”.

Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2021 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out the word in line 3 of paragraph 3, “ $2,000” and inserting in place thereof the word: “$3,000”.
