An Act relative to property tax rate exemptions for disabled veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general law or special law to the contrary, any municipality may create a program to adjust the property tax rate exemption for disabled veterans.
