An Act relative to gas tax disclosure.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 295C of chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the word “either” and, by striking out, in lines 9 and 10, the words “or, without specifying the amount of the taxes, shall state that such taxes are included in the price”.
