_______________
An Act requiring immunizations for in-person classes at certain Massachusetts public institutions of higher learning.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to ensure safe in-person learning at all community colleges in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, community colleges as described in section 5 of chapter 15A of the Massachusetts General Laws shall require COVID-19 vaccine immunization for all students and employees on every campus enrolled in on-campus learning.
