An Act relative to required minimum limits for damage to personal property.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 113B1/2 of Chapter 175 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the figure "$5,000" as it appears in lines 3 and 11 and replacing it with the following figure:- "$20,000".
SECTION 2. This act shall go into effect upon its passage.
