An Act relative to extending third-party delivery cost containment for restaurants.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subsection (b) of section 98 of chapter 358 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “until the termination of the COVID-19 emergency”.
