An Act authorizing the town of Avon to grant one additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the town of Avon may, upon receipt of a completed application, payment of any applicable fees, after a public hearing and all due process, and in its sole discretion grant one (1) additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises, under Section 12 of said Chapter 138 to Wine.com, 33 Wales Avenue, Avon, MA: said license to be subject to said Chapter 138, except Section 17.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
