The committee on Health Care Financing, to whom was referred the Senate Bills relative to telehealth and digital equity for patients (Senate, No. 678); establishing a commission on the history of state institutions for people with developmental and mental health disabilities in the Commonwealth (Senate, No. 1257); relative to medication assisted recovery and care (MARC) (Senate, No. 1259); relative to benzodiazepines and non-benzodiazepine hypnotics (Senate, No. 1260); relative to modernizing the regulation of clinical laboratories (Senate, No. 1394); to enhance hospital care for those with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (Senate, No. 1469); and to establish a pilot program for specialty pharmacy in urology (Senate, No. 2894), reports the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2995).
