An Act relative to the submission of articles to Wareham town meetings.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Articles for the spring or fall Wareham town meeting submitted to the board of selectmen (select board) by a majority of the full membership of any elected or appointed multiple member body as provided for in the Wareham town charter or Wareham town by-laws shall be included in the warrant by the board of selectmen (select board). This submission shall be in addition to the article submission provided for in M.G.L. Chapter 39 Section 10.
