An Act relative to media literacy.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1P of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 9, after the words “other similar initiatives” the following new language:- “and the development of skills to access, analyze and evaluate written and digital media as it relates to physical and emotional health, including but not limited to how media affects physical and emotional health, social relationships, and body-image”.
