An Act naming a certain park in Cambridge the Richard McKinnon Park.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of conservation and recreation shall change the name of North Point Park, a park on the Charles River Reservation in the city of Cambridge, to Richard McKinnon Park in recognition of years of service developing landscapes throughout Cambridge, including the aforementioned North Point Park. The department shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the name.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
