SECTION 1. Section 152 of chapter 47 of the acts of 2017 is hereby amended by striking out the words “February 1, 2022” and inserting in place thereof the following words- February 1, 2023.
SECTION 2. Section 108 of chapter 253 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “December 31, 2021” and inserting place thereof the following words:- March 3, 2023.
SECTION 3. Subsection (d) of section 25 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2021 is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (d), the words “December 15, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- March 15, 2021
SECTION 4. Subsection (d) of chapter 74 of the acts of 2021 is hereby amended by striking out the words “December 31, 2022” and by inserting in place thereof the following words:- December 31, 2023
SECTION 5. Section 89 of chapter 102 of the acts of 2021 is hereby amended by striking out the words “December 31, 2022”, each time they appear, inserted by section 11 of chapter 22 of the acts of 2022, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- November 15, 2023.”; and
SECTION 6. Section 1 shall take effect as of February 1, 2022.
SECTION 7. Section 2 shall take effect as of December 31, 2021.
SECTION 8. Section 3 shall take effect as of December 15, 2021.
SECTION 9. Sections 4 and 5 shall take effect as of December 31, 2022.
