An Act relative to standardized tests.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1D of Chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after line 22 the following:-
The department shall conduct a minimum of one public hearing in each county in the Commonwealth one year before voting on implementation of any new standardized test.
