An Act to allow electronic and blockchain signatures on nomination papers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Title VIII. Chapter 53, Section 6 is hereby amended by adding the following words:
Electronic and blockchain signatures shall be allowed on all nomination papers in every election according to regulations issued by the Secretary.
Title VIII. Chapter 53, Section 44 is hereby amended by adding the following words:
Electronic and blockchain signatures shall be allowed on all nomination papers in every election according to regulations issued by the Secretary.
